Rendang is an authentic cuisine from Indonesia that was once the most delicious food in the world. Rendang is a food made from cut beef with a size of approximately 5 x 4 x 1 cm and cooked with coconut milk added with spice herbs.
There are two variants or type Rendang, namely Rendang dry and Rendang wet. However, the most preferred is dried Rendang. Dried rendang when processed and cooked properly, it will last longer even without food preservatives.
